This age group is for swimmers born in 2009/2010 and swimmers born in 2008/2009.

 

Its main goals are: 

Understand doing. 

Develop technical skills with an intervention of varied stimuli supported by audiovisual material and image analysis.   

Development of physical capacities using the swimmer's physiological, technical, anthropometric and athletic profile.   

Contribute to the swimmer's integral training as a citizen and sportsman, through the principles and fundamental values of competitive sport.  

Create strategies to maintain a positive, healthy and motivating training environment.  

Provide conditions to maintain team motivation, a spirit of mutual help and respect for everyone's efforts.  

Encourage resilience and persistence for the swimmer's self improvement.  

Promote teamwork to achieve common goals.  

Evaluate, prescribe and monitor according to scientific evidence.

WATER TRAINING 

 

Development of intense aerobic work, speed and tactical training

Emphasize the individualization of training and introduce the importance of formulating personal goals and strategies to achieve them 

Use of available technological tools (virtual trainer, filming, video analysis...) as a way of evaluating and controlling the training process as well as maintaining the motivation of the team's work
