The Pre-Competition level is the beginning of a young swimmer's journey in competitive swimming.
At the youngest ages, there is usually a great heterogeneity in skills, so we have defined a strategy to divide the swimmers into work groups, so that in this way they can have a more sustained, consistent and healthy development.
We know that this age group is in an optimal phase of acquisition of new learning, skills and habits, as such, the exposure to different stimuli is fundamental for the swimmer's evolution, respecting the child's development phases.
